The associated building permit (BLD04-02967) is to add a 40' X 51', 2,040 sq.ft pool enclosure to the west side of the existing hotel suites, to remove an existing exterior door at the spa area and enlarge the exterior wall opening between the spa and pool area. Relocation of the non-rated pool equipment and storage enclosure building as per the approved plans. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
