Fire sprinkler work is related to new non-combustible, interior walls to create additional private offices located at the south end of the tenant space and non-rated exit access corridor connecting the two required exists, to install a new suspended ceiling grid system over the cyber café, the relocation existing light fixtures to meet new area layouts. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
