Automatic smoke detection required in the corridors, therefore two (2) smoke detectors are being relocated for proper coverage (field verify proper coverage by PDS Fire Inspector). The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, required automatic detection, door release, elevator recall/shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, fire pump monitoring, cooking hood monitoring, HVAC shutdown and notification throughout.
