(MODERN DENTAL)(MODERN DENTAL BLDG-STE 100) To install one standard pendant fire sprinkler in an (inside building) medical gas closet, located in a new 3,526-ft/2 (first floor), tenant space within an existing new shell building, for a dentist's office. This building is NOT fire sprinklered but requires protection in the medical gas storage closet per the IFC Chapter 3006 and the Fire Department published policy for protection for the same. The fire sprinkler work shall comply with these conditions, the IFC 2003 Edition, the attached review comments, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
