(VANILLA FINISH - NO TENANT)(BOISE TOWNE PLAZA) This is a Scope of Work Permit. To install fire sprinkler protection in a new 1,330-ft/2 vanilla finish (vacated) space located in an existing Type III-B building. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of new interior walls, new suspended ceiling and new accessible restroom. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-00767. No occupancy allowed under this permit to which a separate permit is required for a tenant to occupancy.
