This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. The demolition and fire protection removal work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2000, 901.7 and Chapter 14, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
