(ST ALPHONSUS-NORTH TOWER-STORAGE AREA) To add 2 dry HSW in an existing storage room, located in the North Tower for fire sprinkler inspection code upgrade. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any building permit.
