SUNDANCE INVESTMENTS RACK DEMOLITION (NO TENANT) * To remove 2" drop supply, all in-rack fire sprinkler piping and appurtenance located in a 6 racks systems in an existing unused warehouse structure. The demolition and fire protection removal work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, 901.7 and Chapter 14, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code. This permit is not attached to and building permit.
