(BALLOONS & BEARS)(OVERLAND MARKET) This is a "scope of work" permit related to installing one standard pendant sprinkler head in a walk-in cooler located in a 1,369-ft/2 new retail tenant. NOTE: No other work addressed or reporting relating to new nonbearing partitions, new office space, work area and the relocation of lighting. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The walk-in cooler sprinkler work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
