(CLARK DEVELOPMENT)(VELTEX BLDG-2ND FLR) To install fire sprinklers for the construction of a 1,142-ft/2 office area on the 2nd floor within an existing Shell & Core. The fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of interior, non-combustible walls to create tenant area with two private offices, a reception / waiting area, breakroom, support areas and the installation of a new suspended ceiling grid system. This building is fully sprinklered for story increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-00038.
