(ST LUKES-1ST FLR-NORTH WING)(PATHOLOGIST OFFICE) To relocate/add 12 pendant fire sprinklers for the remodel of (5) existing office & exam room areas and one conference room to create 3 pathologist offices, EKG read / bone marrow room, a relocated conference room. Three of these sprinklers are being piped off of zone #6 and attached to zone #7 (supervision panel). This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
