To replace provide additional notification and duct detectors for new tenant space in Suite 300. The shell/core fire alarm system was installed using FIR05-00262. 7/6/2005-Plan modification. The existing and previously approved Silent Knight 5496 power supplies have been changed to new Silent Knight 5495 power supplies. This change is to provide synchronization for the visual notification devices. Voltage drop calculations and battery calculations appear to be adequate. 7ah batteries to be provided for power supplies. See approved plans for clouded locations.

The associated building permit (BLD 05-00463) is to construct a new 3,164 sq. ft. dental office tenant in vacant shell building space in the north end of the third floor of an existing building per approved plans. Work to include new interior walls and doors, new one-hour rated medical gas closet, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, two new accessible restrooms, an accessible shower, a new direct vent gas fireplace, new cabinets/counters and sinks, fire sprinkler and alarm work, new mechanical, new plumbing, and new electrical work. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
