(ST LUKES-SOUTH WING-1ST FLR-ADMITTING-PHASE-1) To make ready the fire sprinkler protection located in a portion of a 3,578-ft/2 admitting services area. This work is to relocate a small amount of 2½" fire sprinkler main and readjust starter pieces of a cross line coming off the same. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-02890.
