ST. ALPHONSUS REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER - CENTRAL TOWER ADDITION (TEMPORARY DRY STANDPIPE) - To install a temporary dry standpipe system in the new 357,555-ft/2, ten stories and 41,610-ft/2 basement addition, which will connect the south and north towers. Hose stations shall be located on each floor throughout. The piped system shall comply with IFC 2003, NFPA 14-2003, 13-2002, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-01671.
