(GENSCO INC) This is a "Scope of Work permit". To modify and existing fire sprinkler system by dropping 15 SSP sprinklers for the remodel of an existing 2,500-ft/2 mezzanine in an existing 33,500-ft/2 warehouse/office building for the conversion to an accessory assembly training room and offices. The entire fire sprinkler and related supervisory and alarm system will require verification of conformance in meeting minimum installation code in order to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. Any work associated with the remaining buildings system will require a separate permit. The tenant fire sprinkler work is associated with (verification) of a new exterior stairway (indicated as existing by Treasure Valley), new interior walls, new suspended ceiling, interior finish and two new restrooms (indicated as existing by Treasure Valley). This building was originally constructed in Ada County in 1992 and later annexed into Boise City on 12/30/99. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
