Fire sprinkler work is related to a portion of the existing building core non-rated corridor being relocated, miscellaneous interior demolition work, some new interior walls, some suspended ceiling work. NOTE: A new 1,132-ft/2 vacant space (Suite #275) will also be created by this remodel south of the new relocated non-rated corridor. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit BLD05-00700.
