(WESTERN POWER SPORTS WAREHOUSE) To modify and add fire sprinkler protection for the remodel of the 1st floor and mezzanine office area in an existing warehouse tenant. Total building is 24,000-ft/2. 1st floor office area is 3,807-ft/2 and mezzanine office area is 2,882-ft/2. Fire sprinkler work is related to the interior demolition, a removal of bearing wall, the construction of four restrooms, a new stairway and new suspended ceiling system. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
