(BUREAU OF OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES - OWYHEE PLAZA - 2ND FLR) To relocate 11 existing Standard Response SSP sprinklers for the remodel of a 3,350-ft/2 area located on the 2nd story (actually the 3rd story) of the Owyhee Plaza. This office tenant will continue to occupy a 5,873 square foot area. Fire sprinkler work is related to interior nonbearing walls and modifications to the suspended ceiling. This building is required to be fire sprinklered, under the provisions of the 1994 UCBC, because it is too tall and too big. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit BLD05-01403.
