To provide audibility to the remodeled TI space. The required sprinkler monitoring system includes HVAC shutdown. No written comments. Battery calculations appear to be sufficient. The PDS Fire Inspector to field verify functionality.
The associated building permit (BLD04-02480) is to construct a 5,760 sq.ft. office and warehouse tenant space per approved plans. Work to include, construction of interior partitions, construction of two new accessible restrooms, installation of a new suspended ceiling system, new lighting, and Hvac work, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the building department. A separate permit will be required for any storage racking over 8 ft. in height.
