The associated building permit (BLD 04-00467) is to construct a new 29,370 square foot, one story, concrete tilt-up shell office/warehouse building with a 140 square foot fire riser/electrical room constructed at the east end of the building. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit will be required to finish this building for occupancy. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
