TRUS JOIST (TECH BUILDING) * To add new pendant sprinkler protection for the remodel of a 539-ft/2 portion of the existing 27,295-ft/2 office area located in the "tech building" (2A). Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of new partitions, a new water closet (restroom) and new suspended ceiling system. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit BLD05-01440.
