ST MARY'S CROSSING BUILDING #1 (SHELL & CORE) - To install overhead light hazard occupancy, wet and dry piped systems in a new 16,870-ft/2, two story, wood frame office shell and core building. The core area will be finished under this permit including the three stairways and the lobby, elevator equipment room and mechanical/electrical room on the first floor. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. The 1st floor is: 10,850-ft/2, the 2nd floor is: 6,020-ft/2. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground fire service supply was permitted by the same contractor under FIR05-00355. This and the underground permit are attached to building permit: BLD05-0489.
