Rough-in is passed. Items that need corrected are uprights located along a north/south draft stop are spaced at 156 sq. ft. Contractor needs to provide verification that this spacing is approved. Also one upright head needs to be re-installed to correct an overspacing issue. See plans for location. The existing insulation that is installed on the underside of the roof deck is falling on the sprinkler piping and creating obstructions and needs repaired prior to installation of the ceiling tile. Annual inspection is needed and spare heads need to be placed in head box. Final spacing of pendants will be verified when t-bar and ceiling tile is installed. New hvac unit may create obstruction to uprights when installed and will need to be verified. Fire alarm panel is in trouble condition.
