MICRON BUILDING #24D - (C8101) - To relocate one pendant sprinkler (on/above the raised floor level) for protection compliance related to the relocation of approximately 18 lineal foot of cleanroom wall panel relocate approximately 2'-0" for the relocation of a "tool," from FAB 4B AMAT Endura. This work is being done in the Wet Process Bay in B24D, Room 1565A, located in the NW corner of B24D. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
