SWOPE INVESTMENT-EAGLES CENTER-STE 425 - To add one and relocate one sprinkler in the remodel of a 1,600-ft/2 office space, located on the 4th floor/south side of the building, for a new tenant. Fire sprinkler work is related to selective demolition of nonbearing partitions, the construction of new partitions to create office areas, work room and reception area. Also the installation of a new suspended ceiling with related lighting, miscellaneous. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one hour substitution. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit BLD05-01757.
