Work to include, construction of interior partitions to create new office spaces, small conference room, and small storage area, ceiling is existing, relocation of lighting and diffusers, new dual level switching in office areas, miscellaneous related finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution, ANY alterations to the sprinkler system WILL require a separate permit and shall be done per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
