(DR RICHARD CHRISTENSEN)(11TH & MYRTLE-2ND FLR) To modify and existing shell fire sprinkler system installed under FIR05-00111, relocate and add fire sprinkler protection for the new 2,673-ft/2 medical office. This fire sprinkler work is related to metal frame with sheetrock partitions to create reception, waiting, offices, research, exams, support facilities, one restroom and suspended grid ceiling system. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-01789.
