ALBERTSONS CDC-SHORELINE TECH CENTER-WEST SIDE-PHASE 4 * To relocate 2 pendant heads and add 2 dry pendants in a cooler and freezer for the phase minor remodel to the kitchen/cafeteria area in existing of an existing 71,508-ft/2 tenant space with the construction of a residential type test/demonstration kitchen for grocery store food products within the space. Fire sprinkler work is related to some minor interior demolition work, some new interior walls, installation of some Type II hoods and new walk-in cooler and freezer. The kitchen in the cafeteria area has an existing Type I hood that will have the suppression system upgraded. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
