(ST LUKES)(1C MRI ENTRY REMODEL) To relocate 18 existing SSP's and remove/plug 1 existing SSP in the remodel of a 1,389-ft/2 portion of the existing MRI suite support area. This fire sprinkler work is related to selective interior demolition of non-bearing construction, the construction of new interior walls to create a new, waiting/reception area, a dressing room, a combination restroom/dressing room, exam room, MRI control area and equipment area, new suspended ceiling system. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
