(NEW LIFE OFFICE) To add 23 standard spray, quick response pendant sprinklers and 8 large orifice, extended coverage (control mode) upright fire sprinklers in a first time 4,354-ft/2 wholesale and warehouse tenant space within an existing 32,340-ft/2, 1 story building. The fire sprinkler work is related to 2 restrooms, interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings. A separate fire permit will be required for any high piled combustible storage (IFC 2302). This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
