There associated building permit BLD05-01821 is to remodel an existing 2,679 square foot tenant space for a day spa. This space is located on the 6th story of a 19 story building. The floor area of the entire 6th story is about 14,600 square feet. The "core" has a floor area of about 2,670 square feet.
