(WRC ADVERTISING - OLD CENTRAL FIRE STATION - 2ND STORY) To add 2 SSP's, 4 VSW, 2 SSU's and relocate 5 existing SSP sprinklers for the remodel the 4,900-ft/2, 2nd story office tenant space in and an existing 10,328-ft/2, 2 story historic building. Fire sprinkler work is related to interior nonbearing walls. A copy shall be submitted to the Building Department before occupancy will be allowed. The license agreement shall be compatible with the work shown on the drawings. An awning/canopy is being installed outside on the 1st level and an existing restroom is being upgraded which are not included in this fire permit. This building is fire sprinklered for story increase and for other reasons. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
