ELAM & BURKE - ONE FRONT STREET-3RD FLR * To install 33 new standard spray, quick response pendants and 2 standard spray quick response upright sprinklers in the expansion of an existing 11,850-ft/2 office into a 2,603-ft/2 (existing) shell building. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of interior noncombustible partitions and the installation of suspended ceiling system with lighting and HVAC. This building is fully fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-01899.
