Fire sprinkler work is related to selective demolition, the construction of new interior non-bearing, non-combustible walls to create offices, exam rooms, accessible restrooms, breakroom, reception, waiting, support areas and the installation of suspended ceiling grid system within selected areas. This building is sprinklered for allowable area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
