Fire alarm permits FIR04-00657 and FIR04-00658 (shell and core) must be completed prior to occupancy for this permit (FIR05-00576).
To provide a new NAC extender panel, total notification, manual pull stations and three (3) duct smoke detectors and relay modules for HVAC shutdown to the new TI space located on in the basement and the first floor. The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, HVAC shutdown, elevator recall/shutdown and notification throughout.
The associated building permit (BLD 05-00521) is to construct a restaurant tenant space on the 1st story (3,479 square feet) and in the basement (1,433 square feet) of an existing 6 story building. All public areas are located on the 1st story with a kitchen in the basement and a kitchen on the 1st story. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, 3 grease hoods and ducts, millwork, suspended ceilings, and interior finishes. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with 2002 NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Occupancy is NOT allowed until the plaza details have been completed per the Design Review.
