(PRIMARY HEALTH)(MK PLAZA IV-7TH FLR, STE. 760) To modify the existing fire sprinkler system by adding three and relocating 4 pendant sprinklers for the remodel of an existing 10,319-ft/2 space currently occupied by Primary Health to create a 8,258-ft/2 office for Primary Health and a 2,061-ft/2 future tenant space (FIR05-00591). Fire sprinkler work is related selective interior demolition and the construction of new tenant wall to create support areas for Primary Health. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-01986.
