(DEL MONTE FOODS)(LOGGER CREEK PLAZA - STE 230) To relocate13 existing and add 4 new pendant sprinklers for the interior remodel to reduce an existing office tenant space floor area from 6,436-ft/2, to a 3,537-ft/2 a new office tenant. The remaining 2,899-ft/2 adjacent vacant area will require a separate permit for future tenant occupancy. Fire sprinkler work is related to miscellaneous interior demolition work and some new interior walls. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit BLD05-02154.
