The associated building permit (BLD 05-02311) is to remodel an existing 4665 sq ft office tenant located on the second floor for a new tenant. Work to include, construction of interior partitions to create small conference rooms, office areas and storage closet, modification to the corridor wall and installation of new rated door assembly, relocation of lighting, new dual level switching requirements in new office areas and conference rooms, relocation of HVAC Diffusers, this building is fully fire sprinklered all alterations to the sprinkler system WILL require a separate permit and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
