The scope of work is to re-cut one 1" drop and re-install the existing pendant to match new ceiling elevation. The building scope of work is to remodel a portion of the human resources office area located on the first floor per approved plans. Work to include, selective demolition of nonbearing walls, infill wall of a two hour corridor were door is being removed and relocated, installation of new fixed pane glass in existing office wall, installation of new door openings, installation of lighting and relocation of diffusers. This building is fully fire sprinklered ANY alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL require a separate permit, and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
