The demo scope of work is to demo (3) SSP in back of store and demo (2) SSP in the front of the store. The building scope of work is to remodel a 3,998-ft/2 retail tenant space located on the 2nd floor. The fire sprinkler work is related to construction of interior noncombustible partitions, construction of a new storefront, new restroom, and new suspended ceiling system with related lighting. This building is fully fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
