To provide total notification and four duct detectors for HVAC shutdown in the TI space located on the first floor. The existing required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall/shutdown, door release, fire/smoke damper control, HVAC shutdown and notification throughout. (speaker/strobes are required in the theater only, the remainder of the building is horn/strobes). The shell/core fire alarm permit FIR05-00076 shall be finaled prior to occupancy of this space.

The associated building permit (BLD 05-02222) is to create a 19,293 square foot retail sales tenant space located on the 1st story of an existing 138,293 square foot, 3 story building (BODO Building #7). Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, an entry vestibule, interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, and finishes. The racking will be installed under a separate permit. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes.
