(STONEBROOK MORTGAGE-STE #120) To add 3 new standard response pendant sprinklers in the remodel of an existing 5,709-ft/2 tenant space, located on the first floor of a two story building being reduce to 2941-ft/2. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of approximately 21 lf of nonbearing non rated partitions, the installation of a suspended ceiling system with related lighting. The vacant space created is under BLD05-02541 will be require as separate permit for occupancy. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-02542.

The heads installed are quick response, need to provide standard response heads as indicated by submittals and required by NFPA to match the existing heads in the same space, also need to attatch retaining straps to the beam at two arm over hangers.
