Description |
To provide total notification and three duct detectors for HVAC shutdown in the TI space encompassing the entire third floor. The existing required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall/shutdown, door release, fire/smoke damper control, HVAC shutdown and notification throughout. (speaker/strobes are required in the theater only, the remainder of the building is horn/strobes). The shell/core fire alarm permit FIR05-00076 shall be finaled prior to occupancy of this space.
The associated building permit (BLD 05-02358) is to construct a 10,130 square foot office tenant space located on the 3rd story of "BODO Building #7". The building shell was constructed under permit BLD04-01324. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, suspended ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes.
