The associated building permit (BLD 05-00672) is to construct a new 22,300 square foot, one story, pre-engineered Butler steel shop building and related site improvements. Main level 21,300 square feet, mezzanine 1000 square feet. The main level includes a 16,000 square foot shop, a 4,015 square foot machine shop and 1000 square foot office area.
