Plan alternates are being used per architect. To install 9 new pendants and relocate 1 existing pendant for the remodel a 1,881-ft/2 tenant space for a coffee shop previously occupied by a copy and print tenant. The fire sprinkler work is related to selective interior demolition and the construction of new walls and soffits. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
