(DIRECT TV - 1ST STORY) This building is fire sprinklered for unlimited building area (as defined by the 1994 UBC). To relocate one existing SSP head in a remodeled area located in the south portion, "Training Room", on the 1st floor. Two portions of this 1st floor are being remodeled: (4,017-ft/2 and 1,213-ft/2), all within an existing 151,365-ft/2, 2 story building. New work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
