GYM OUTFITTERS - To install approximately 70'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC from property line in Century Way, running north under the outside wall of riser room 106, approximately 2'-0". Then up through the floor with 6" Class 50 Ductile Iron to approximately 6" above the finished floor. This work is the fire service supply line for a fully fire sprinkler protected new 14,500-ft/2 one story Type V-B warehouse, assembly with showroom and offices. Fire sprinklers will be used for area. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-00632.
