Fire alarm testing completed satisfactory today includes the FACP, nac panels, remote annunciator, elevator recall functions, mag locks at exit doors, signals sent to remote station, all initiating devices and sprinkler monitoring per new plan resubmittals. Items needed for final include retest the non-functional duct detector at the roof, provide correct addressing at three smoke detectors, repair one MP and replace one h/s on the first floor, provide a map at the annunciator, show locations of hoistway sd and hd on the site map, verifiy functionality of notification appliances throughout.

Building walkthrough completed for scope of fire alarm permit work, noted several areas on plans in need of adjustment, repair, provision or modification. Some items such as elevator recall are not ready for testing. Missing relays for mag locks at two main entry doors, MP stations at the west open area are not yet installed, plans need to reflect field installation including actual number of nac panels/circuts, added sprinkler monitor points at floor control manifolds, new relays, added devices etc. See stamped drawings for red-lined annotations.
