Description
(PINK SALON) To relocate 11 existing pendant fire sprinkler heads for the remodel of an existing 2590-ft/2 space for a new tenant. This space was previously permitted as a "Vanilla Finish" under BLD05-01215. Fire sprinkler work is related the construction of interior partitions to create a breakroom, day spa room, party room, glamour room and stylists centers. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-02519.

harry; Phone #: ###-#### A sprinkler armover at the rear door has been hung from electrical conduit. Take to building structure. Insulation is falling from the deck and obstructing the upright sprinklers. This will need to be repaired. Pendant heads through out the space are exceed the max 130sq. ft spacing. Fix it. I would have marked locations on the plans had 1/2 of the floor plan not be missing.
