The associated building permit (BLD 05-00489) is to construct a new 16,870 square foot, two story, wood frame office shell and core building and related site improvements. The core area to be finished under this permit include the three stairways and the lobby, elevator equipment room and mechanical/electrical room on the first floor. This is a shell and core permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy.
